Aleksandra Atanasova
Aleksandra is Reset Tech's lead open-source intelligence (OSINT) researcher and has led major investigations on foreign influence operations. Her research interests are focused on state sponsored campaigns and the shifting tactics of online threat actors. Prior to joining Reset Tech, Aleksandra worked as a digital marketing consultant and data analyst. She is fluent in Bulgarian, English, German, French, Spanish, and Russian.

Ben Scott
Ben Scott is CEO at Reset Tech. Before starting Reset Tech, he spent a decade in Washington, including as Policy Advisor for Innovation to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. He later coordinated the technology policy advisory group for the 2016 Clinton presidential campaign. His career includes stints as a legislative assistant to then-Rep. Bernie Sanders, Washington director for Free Press (a media and technology policy NGO), and Senior Adviser at New America. He has also worked for years in Europe, where he led a German technology policy think tank -- the Stiftung Neue Verantwortung (SNV) in Berlin. He holds a PhD in communications and serves on the Board of the Open Technology Fund.

Cornelius Hirsch
Cornelius Hirsch, PhD, is Reset Tech's Head of Research Products & Strategy, EU. Before joining Reset Tech, he co-founded pollofpolls.eu, which became the polling data service of POLITICO, while working at WIFO, the Austrian Institute of Economic Research. He later led the POLITICO Research & Analysis Division as Director of Research and Analysis. Cornelius holds a Ph.D. in economics and social sciences from Vienna University of Economics and Business, an M.Sc. in agricultural economics from Humboldt-University Berlin, and a B.Sc. in economics from the Free University Berlin.

Dan Blah
As Chief Technologist, Dan is responsible for Reset Tech's emerging technology strategy and R&D and providing strategic guidance on how Reset Tech, our partners, funders, and the wider community use new technologies. Before starting Reset Tech, he helped create the Open Technology Fund in 2012 and the Open Technology Institute in 2009.

Dylan Sparks
Dylan is the UK Director at Reset Tech where he leads on policy advocacy, grant making and strategy for Reset Tech in the UK. Previously he worked at Luminate on platform accountability and as a researcher on Omidyar Network's digital threats to democracy team.

Felix Kroner
Felix leads Reset Tech's European policy work. Previously, he worked in government affairs at the international advisory firm FGS Global. Felix co-leads the 'Platforms' Working Group of D64, a non-partisan, independent association dedicated to progressive digital policy. He holds a dual law degree in English law and German law from King's College London, as well as an LLM in European law from Humboldt University of Berlin.

Jill Brehm
Jill is the Head of Finance and Operations where she oversees financial management, controls, and procedures, conducts financial analysis, and supports decision-making and operational functions. She brings over 12 years of experience in the international nonprofit community, developing and implementing scalable systems.

Kerry Gregory
Kerry has been Chief of Staff at Reset Tech since early 2024. She works directly to CEO, Ben Scott, and Managing Director, Poppy Wood, helping them to manage their responsibilities across the organisation. Kerry is part of the Management Team at Reset Tech, keeping high level actions on track and liaising with staff across all geographies and functions.
Kerry has previously worked as a Chief of Staff in technology start up and advisory businesses. Prior to this, she worked in several Government Departments supporting Cabinet Ministers and Ambassadors, both in the UK and overseas.

Kristina Wilfore
Kristina Wilfore is a seasoned international development and elections specialist who has been on the ground in over 30 countries working to create more inclusive and responsive democratic movements. From Eastern Europe to the Middle East and the Americas, she advises governments, philanthropies and civil society on how to create an enabling environment to meaningfully tackle digital threats to democracy. At Reset Tech Kristina spearheads initiatives at the intersection of election integrity, gender, political violence and information resilience. In 2021 she co-founded #ShePersisted, an initiative to ensure that digital harms against women leaders are recognized and addressed.

Lishu Gang
Lishu Gang manages Reset Tech's data science research projects and partners. Lishu has been working at the intersection of media, politics, and technology for over five years. Before joining Reset Tech, Lishu worked as a Head of Product at value-driven enterprises and developed media intelligence and machine learning products to empower campaigners through data-driven research. She holds a Master's degree in Nationalism Studies from Central European University and a dual Bachelor's degree in Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences from Minerva University.

Michael Enseki-Frank
Michael is a lawyer conducting legal and policy research for Reset's US team. His recent projects include work on artificial intelligence, digital advertising, internet safety for children, and antitrust. He graduated from Yale Law School in 2021 and served as Deputy Director of the Thurman Arnold Project at Yale before joining Reset.

Molly Waiting
As General Counsel, Molly works closely with all teams across Reset Tech providing practical legal advice. This can range from day to day contracts management to advising on complex partnerships. Molly also acts as the Data Protection Officer across all Reset Tech entities. Molly's mission is to provide practical helpful legal support and to “get to yes” for the Reset Tech team whenever possible. Molly has spent her legal career advising charities, non-profits, and socially responsible businesses. Before joining Reset Tech, Molly worked at Luminate as Deputy General Counsel and began her legal career at Bates Wells, the London-based law firm and B Corp.

Noëlle Gaumann
Noëlle is Reset's Legal Officer, supporting the Legal Function by providing advice across data protection, risk and governance, partnership contracts, and various other areas. She brings expertise in German law to support Reset Tech's projects with a German law nexus. Prior to joining Reset, she was Legal Officer at the Internet Watch Foundation, focusing on the data protection of child sexual abuse material. She has also collaborated with Dr. Michael Veale at UCL on research related to AI intermediary regulation, AI-facilitated crime, and Privacy-Enhancing Technologies.

Poppy Wood
Poppy Wood is the Managing Director of Reset Tech. Poppy joined Reset Tech in 2020, leading public policy engagement in the UK, Canada and Australia, during which time she worked closely with policymakers on legislative innovations. In 2024, Poppy became Reset Tech's Managing Director, leading organisational strategy, steering our policy and research agenda, as well as working with partners to help maximise their impact. Previously, Poppy led a number of technology advisory businesses, supporting some of the world's leading technology companies and start-ups. She also worked in Downing Street for two years where she was an advisor on public appointments and tech policy.

Rishi Bharwani
Rishi Bharwani is the US Director for Reset.Tech. He previously served as Chief of Staff for the Hub Project, Director of Partnerships and Policy for Accountable Tech, led tech policy for Senator Cory Booker in the United States Senate, and served as the National Policy Advisor for Senator Booker’s 2020 presidential campaign. Rishi has also held positions with Everytown for Gun Safety and the Center for American Progress and worked on electoral campaigns at the local, state, and national levels.

Rys Farthing
Rys Farthing is Director of Research at Reset Tech, and leads Reset Tech's global research pipeline. A self-described policy wonk, her work focuses on developing high quality evidence to inform policy making. She is especially interested in tech policy and children's rights. Rys has held policy roles at civil society organisations 5Rights Foundation (UK) and Fairplay (US) and academia posts at the University of Oxford (UK) and RMIT University (Australia). Rys holds a PhD from the University of Oxford and is currently an Associate Investigator at the Center for the Digital Child.

Shannon Eastwood
Shannon Eastwood is the Head of Technology Product at Reset Tech where she aims to align Technology solutions with true human needs. Prior to joining Reset Tech, Shannon held a long tenure focused on delivering well-thought Technology solutions across various industries, with her work influencing the success of enterprises, startups, and non-profit organizations. Shannon approaches Technology from a Human-Centered perspective and uses the framework of Design Thinking as a guide to her process. Shannon holds a Master of Product Innovation degree and has also served as a university professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Vivian Ntinyari
As Chief Operating Officer, Vivian takes care of our most vital resources: our people, finances and systems. Viv is an accomplished Operational Resilience Specialist, recognized for her expertise in corporate transformation. Viv previously served as Director of Operations at Luminate. Prior to joining Luminate, she managed grants and operations for the Medicines Patent Pool Foundation in Geneva and built out the operations function for the International Budget Partnership's organisation in Kenya.

Yosef Getachew
Yosef Getachew is a Senior Policy Counsel at Reset Tech where he supports programmatic work in the United States to help shape policies and regulations that safeguard digital rights and mitigate platform business practices that cause public harm. Yosef works with Reset Tech's partners to develop legal, policy, corporate accountability, and resilience strategies to combat digital threats to democracy. Prior to joining Reset Tech, Yosef served as the Media and Democracy Program Director for Common Cause where he led strategic campaigns to educate and engage the public and policymakers on reforms needed to advance an open and accessible media ecosystem.

Zach Praiss
Zach is the Head of State Strategy (US) at Reset Tech, where he leads the design and implementation of advocacy efforts across US states. He has a decade of experience working at the intersection of digital, creative, policy, and communications for nonprofits, campaigns, and PACs including Accountable Tech, Forward Majority, and Kamala Harris' 2024 presidential campaign.
